50 Shades of Earl Grey

Ingredients

  • 2 oz EG Earl Grey Tea & Sage Vodka
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Honey
  • 1 oz St-Germain
  • Lavender Bitters
  • Love Potion No. 9 Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

Method

  1. Add ingredients to a mixing tin and dry shake to mix.
  2. Add a couple of ice cubes and shake.
  3. Burning rosemary on wood, put the martini glass over it to capture the essential oils.
  4. Pour into martini glass and serve!
