Cool as a Cucumber


  • 2 oz EG Earl Grey Tea & Sage Vodka
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 2-3 Cucumber Wheels
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters


  1. In a mixing glass, muddle cucumber with agave nectar.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (minus bitters) and shake.
  3. Double strain into a tall glass and top with four dashes of bitters.
  4. Garnish with cucumber wheels or slivers.
