Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz EG Rosemary & Lavender Vodka
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • Champagne
  • Blueberries (to garnish)
  • Rosemary Sprig (to garnish)

Method

  1. Mix first three ingredients in a mixing tin with ice.
  2. Strain into a flute glass.
  3. Top with Champagne.
  4. Garnish with blueberries and a sprig of rosemary
