Ingredients

1 oz Roasted Pear-infused EG Organic American Vodka
0.5 oz Pavan
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Sherry
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Prosecco

Method

Combine all ingredients (minus Prosecco) in an iced mixing tin.
Pour into tall champagne flute or wine glass.
Fill with Prosecco.
Garnish with a lemon ribbon.
