Ingredients

  • 2 oz Lemon-Infused EG Organic American Vodka
  • 1 oz St-Germain
  • 1 oz Cantaloupe Juice
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • Cantaloupe Foam

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in an iced mixing tin and shake until frosted.
  2. Pour into coupe glass.
  3. Layer cantaloupe foam* on top.
  4. Garnish with lemon zest.
  5. *For cantaloupe foam: Place 3 oz cantaloupe juice, 1 oz crème and 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar in an iSi whipped cream canister and shake to combine.
