Regal Tea Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz EG Earl Grey Tea & Sage Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Champagne or Prosecco

Method

  1. Combine first four ingredients in a mixing tin & shake vigorously.
  2. Add ice & shake to chill.
  3. Double strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Top with Champagne or Prosecco.
  5. Garnish with edible flowers (or a lemon twist.)
