Ingredients

1.5 oz EG Earl Grey Tea & Sage Vodka
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Champagne or Prosecco

Method

Combine first four ingredients in a mixing tin & shake vigorously.
Add ice & shake to chill.
Double strain into a coupe glass.
Top with Champagne or Prosecco.
Garnish with edible flowers (or a lemon twist.)
