  • 4 oz EG Rosemary & Lavender Vodka
  • 1 oz Olive Oil Brine
  • Blanc Vermouth Mist
  • 2-4 Dehydrated Wild Mushrooms
  • 4-5 Citrus Stuffed Olives (to garnish)


  1. Chill a martini glass and mist with blanc vermouth.
  2. Place mushrooms in the glass.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and shake until frosted.
  4. Strain over the mushrooms.
  5. Garnish with skewer of citrus stuffed olives.
