Ingredients

4 oz EG Rosemary & Lavender Vodka
1 oz Olive Oil Brine
Blanc Vermouth Mist
2-4 Dehydrated Wild Mushrooms
4-5 Citrus Stuffed Olives (to garnish)

Method

Chill a martini glass and mist with blanc vermouth.
Place mushrooms in the glass.
Combine remaining ingredients and shake until frosted.
Strain over the mushrooms.
Garnish with skewer of citrus stuffed olives.
