Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz EG Organic American Vodka
  • 0.75 oz Pavan
  • 1 oz Honey Tangerine Juice
  • Ancho Reyes Floater
  • 4 Asian Pear Slivers
  • Chopsticks

Method

  1. Add first three ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake and serve in a small flute or a tall shot glass.
  3. Add the pear slivers and Ancho Reyes as a floater.
  4. Garnish with a set of chopsticks.
