The Jammin' Jar

Ingredients

2 oz EG Rosemary & Lavender Vodka
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Honey
2 bar spoons Berry Jam
Soda Water

Method

Grab a chilled highball or pint glass.
Add two bar spoons of jam to the bottom of glass.
Mix remaining ingredients (minus soda water) in an iced tin.
Shake and double strain over crushed ice and top with soda water.
Garnish with mint leaf.
